AimicatCare+ is a comprehensive warranty plan. When you purchase an automatic cat litter box directly from Aimicat or an authorized Aimicat distributor, you automatically receive a 1-year warranty. You also have the option to extend the warranty to 3 years for added peace of mind.
This warranty covers manufacturing materials and/or workmanship defects, as well as software support. Please note that this warranty does not include defects or damages caused by improper use or maintenance, normal wear and tear, commercial use, accidents, or external factors. For Aimicat versions, the warranty also does not cover damages caused by the use of non-clay litter. Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or customization of the product will result in the warranty becoming void.
1: Filing a Claim
All warranty claims must be submitted to Aimicat and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. We require proof of purchase (including but not limited to receipts or sales invoices) along with photos or videos of the damaged product for any warranty request.
2: Shipping Damage Claims
In very rare cases, items received may be damaged during the shipping process. If shipping damage occurs, please contact email@example.com and provide photos or videos of the damaged items.
Please note: We will only accept shipping damage claims submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
If defects within the warranty scope are identified, Aimicat will take one of the following actions: (1) Repair the product using new or refurbished components, (2) provide an equivalent new or refurbished product as a replacement, or (3) refund a portion or the full original purchase price in exchange for the return of the product.
The AimicatCare+ warranty, for Aimicat or Aimicat Pro products purchased on aimicatcare.com, becomes effective immediately upon your receipt of the product.
Please be aware that this warranty is applicable only to the original end-user purchaser or individuals who received the product as a gift and is not applicable to any other individuals or assignees.
Outside the contiguous 48 states of the United States, as well as areas beyond the regions of the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore, you may be required to cover repair shipping costs.
